Ever since I can remember, I have always had the dream to own and operate an ice cream truck after I retired from my teaching career. I realized I didn’t want to wait that long to make this dream come true. So, in 2022, I began this incredible journey of having the two best jobs in the world, teacher and ice cream truck owner!
